D7 - Privacy Policy

Introduction

Deuce7 NYC (“Deuce7,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a privately owned, invitation-only application designed for members of the Deuce7 private community.

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use the Deuce7 NYC mobile application (“App”), how that information is used, and the choices available to you regarding your information.

By using the App, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Deuce7 collects only information reasonably necessary to provide and operate the App and its membership features.

Account and Identity Information

Access to Deuce7 is invitation-only. When a member activates or uses an account, we may maintain information associated with that member, including:

• Name

• Apple account identifier or authentication information provided through Sign in with Apple

• Email address or Apple private relay email address, if provided through Sign in with Apple

• Deuce7 membership and access level

• Account status and administrative information necessary to manage membership

Sign in with Apple allows users to choose whether to share their email address or use Apple's private email relay service. Deuce7 does not receive the user's Apple Account password.

App Activity and Game Information

When using Deuce7, the App may store information necessary to provide its functionality, including:

• Reservations or indications of interest in games

• Requested games

• Game participation status

• Membership permissions and access levels

• Other actions necessary to operate and synchronize the member's Deuce7 experience across devices

Participant identities are not displayed to other members through ordinary game listings. Members generally see player counts rather than the identities of participating members, subject to administrative and game-management functionality within the App.

How We Use Information

Information collected through Deuce7 is used solely for legitimate App and club-management purposes, including to:

• Authenticate members and maintain accounts

• Provide access to Deuce7 features

• Manage membership and access levels

• Allow eligible members to reserve seats or express interest in games

• Allow authorized members to request or manage games

• Synchronize App information and game availability

• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

• Provide member and technical support

• Diagnose technical problems and improve reliability and performance

Deuce7 does not sell personal information.

Deuce7 does not use member information for third-party advertising.

Deuce7 does not use member information to track users across third-party apps or websites for advertising purposes.

Sharing of Information

Personal information is not sold or rented to third parties.

Information may be processed or stored using service providers or technology platforms necessary to operate the App, including Apple services and cloud infrastructure used for authentication, data storage, synchronization, security, or related App functionality.

Such information is shared only as reasonably necessary to provide these services or as required by law.

We may also disclose information if reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request; protect the rights, safety, or security of Deuce7 or its members; or investigate fraud, abuse, or security concerns.

Sign in with Apple

Deuce7 uses Sign in with Apple for account authentication.

Apple may provide Deuce7 with a unique user identifier and, depending on the user's selections, a name and email address or Apple private relay email address. Apple allows users to limit the personal information shared with an app.

Information handled directly by Apple is subject to Apple's own privacy practices.

Data Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect information associated with Deuce7 accounts from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Data Retention

Deuce7 retains member information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain the member's account, provide App functionality, administer the private community, meet legitimate operational requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

When information is no longer reasonably required for these purposes, it may be deleted or anonymized.

Account and Data Deletion

Members may request deletion of their Deuce7 account and associated personal information by contacting Deuce7 NYC App Support through the Deuce7 Support page.

Upon receiving and verifying a deletion request, Deuce7 will delete or anonymize personal information associated with the account within a reasonable period, except for information that must be retained for legitimate security, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or other lawful purposes.

Members may also manage permissions associated with Sign in with Apple through their Apple Account settings.

Children's Privacy

Deuce7 is a private, invitation-only application and is not directed to children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically to reflect changes to Deuce7, its functionality, applicable law, or privacy practices.

Any updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
